A word used a lot, but what does it really mean? And how can I apply it to my fitness and nutrition???
First, let's define 'moderation'. I define it as: SATISFACTION. The middle ground between deprivation and indulgence. Feeling like I've had enough food that was delicious, but I'm not wanting more, nor do I feel stuffed. Feeling confident with every circumstance and situation; knowing that I have the tools and ability to navigate any food, craving, knowing that I can have bites of anything and binge on nothing.
With that in mind, what does "moderation" (in the realm of nutrition) mean to you? Comment with your definition!
